Irish Echo

We celebrated St. Patrick's Day early this year!
The McCarthy's bought an evening with The Irish Echo (my Dad's band) at the St. Paul Auction.  They invited a big group of friends (who just happen to be our friends too).  What a fun night of dinner, dancing, music and much needed time with friends.

(These are some pretty cool Grandpas!)

We were dancing the night away!
(I thought that my sweater looked green until I looked at these pictures!)

A view of the crowd watching the band play and singing along.

Delia and April
(I am so excited to be going to the Catholic Schools Conference in New Orleans in a few weeks with my good friend and fellow O'Hara teacher April . . . we are going to have a BLAST!)

I had to get a picture of our host Amy in here . . .
Amy M, Teesh, Christy, Amie A. and Me
(We are looking forward to going to California next week with Kevin and Amy McCarthy and their kids for Spring Break!)

. . . and  picture of Kevin McCarthy and his adorable sister Delia!
The McCarthy siblings crack me up!

This is really random, but a few weeks ago we had a snow day . . .
There actually wasn't a lot of snow on the ground, be we sure had a fun day!

I always love the view of our yard covered in snow.

I thought that the kids did a pretty good job creating this snow man out of the measly little amount of snow that we had!

*I am getting very excited for Spring Break!  We leave on Friday for the long drive down to Southern California, where we will be staying at a beautiful time share right  on the beach with the McCarthy's.  Lucy and I are planning a "Girls Day" to Disneyland.  On the agenda . . . Peter Pan ride, Snow White ride, Small World and Princesses!  The boys are going to visit the USC campus (Sam's version of Mecca).  Sam LOVES all things USC right now, so he literally can't wait!  Max is trying to talk us into going to 6 Flags. Unfortunately there would be no one to go on the rides with him though, so it may not happen. . . we will see!
