I Love My Ducks!
This season has just been so exciting, and today was no different.
I have been going to Autzen Stadium since I was a very little girl, to watch the Ducks play. There were many years, when I was in grade school and middle school, that we could pick our seats in the stadium. Which is why I feel the need to stress to my kids so much that this season is truly amazing! My family has been waiting 40 years for this. Of course my boys roll their eyes at me, I know it sounds a little dramatic, but that doesn't stop me :). They are going to remember this season for the rest of their lives

We are hoping our own LaMichael James will be getting one of these this year.
Brenda, Me, Janet and Darbi
I love tailgating with these fun ladies.
Everyone was expecting a blowout, so it was kind of fun that the game was close during the first half.
As usual, the Ducks decided to show up in the second half.
I'm not complaining, it made the game exciting. The atmosphere at Autzen is energizing!
We were also lucky to have such great weather this late in the season.
It was pretty cool when the cheerleaders showed up right in front of us.
Extreme close up of me and Max
We have 2 excellent season tickets on the 50 yard line just 17 rows up behind the players. We inherited them from my parents who have had these tickets since the 80's. A few years ago, my parents moved up to the "Club Seats", so we snatched up their old ones. Pancho and Sam got the good seats for this game, so Max and I bought 2 more tickets. Our seats ended up being across the stadium, but still pretty good!
. . .before and after the game, these boys had a very intense football game of their own going on.
*Ben had a sleepover at our house last night and forgot his Duck Gear, I guess that I could have offered him one of our many Duck shirts Ooops! Sorry Ben.
I realize that I have a lot of Oregon Duck Football Posts on my Blog recently, but I can't apologize for that. Our household is very excited about this amazing season. Who knows when and/or if this will ever happen again. I am going to enjoy every second of it.
