Sam's End of the Year Party!

We left for Disneyland, the day after this party. It was on Sam's last day of school. Sam's wonderful teacher made all of the kids these cute shirts and she created a mini camp at school for the kids. She calls it Camp Swimmy Hop Hop (not sure why - but cute). She assigned each of us Moms a station and the kids went around from station to station doing things like making bead necklaces, making pet rocks, painting pictures etc.

I am so happy that Sam had such a great year at his new school. It was a much easier transition for him than it was for his Mom, but it all turned out much better than any of our expectations! He can't wait to go back next year and he already got a letter from school telling us that he is in Ms. Chang's class for 3rd grade!
