Sam's School Play!

On Wednesday night we went to Sam's school to see the "Tony Award Worthy" production of BUGZ!

staring Sam Fulton (well kind of . . . he had one line)

It was such a cute play and so fun to see Sam in his element with all of his buddies.

Sam was a firefly in the play

It was put on by the Third Graders at Springcreek Elementary School.

Sam's good friend, and neighbor, Cameron (in black) was a dragonfly. 

He did an adorable dance with some of the other bugs.

Sam's current best buddy Daunte was a caterpillar.

He did such a great job saying his showstopping line though!

"Let's eat fried chicken . . . Yum!"

Grammy came to see the big production too!  She and I were both commenting on seeing Sam in his element at Springcreek.  He seems to know everyone there and we didn't go more than 2 min. without another classmate (or teacher) coming over and saying "Hi Sam", "Hey Sam, come over here", "Sam, come sit by me!".  It is quite odd for my mom and I because we are so used to knowing everyone, and because I have been working so much this year, I feel like I am a little out of touch at Sam's school.  He certainly doesn't need me though.  He knows everyone at his school, and it is obvious that he is very well liked there by everyone.  It feels good to see him so happy.
