On Sunday, we took my brother's family and their friends to Mt. Pisgah.
We all really enjoyed the hike.
I have taken quite a few field trips to Mt. Pisgah and it was kind of fun to stop and see some of the things that I have seen with my class.
We found a HUGE slug, and Max got it to climb on this stick.
Leo, Max, Hayes, Sam, Will, Lucy and Annie
Sean was pointing out some of the cool things we saw along the way.
Coming back down the trail. . .
. . . after the hike, we all came back to relax on our back porch. I wanted to get a picture of it, because we spend so much time here during the summer. It is our "outdoor living room". We probably don't have many more nice days of summer left!
It was fun to have Sean, Francine, Tom and Debbie here for the weekend. Tom made us a delicious Greek lunch before they left to head back to Seattle. What a nice way to end a fun weekend. By the way, Tom is a spectacular cook!
